2005 Amadio Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue, showing good cling to the walls of the glass. Top note of liquorice, mocha, dark chocolate and ripe plum showing ripe Shiraz character. The palate is quite dry, with the fruit being quite reserved and relatively closed. Flavours of mocha and dark chocolate over a dry chalky tannin background. Aftertaste of spice, mocha and dark chocolate.
