Bright, deep straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of melon, peach and fig over a background of cashew and yeast lees, showing barrel ferment character. The palate delivers a hint of citrus, followed by some yeast lees, peach and melon flavours. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of lemon, yeast lees, peach and spice.
