2005 Gembrook Hill Pinot Noir

Translucent, brick red colour with damask mauve hue. Top note of truffle, followed by a hint of earth, strawberry, spice and game. The palate flavours are on the light side – but strawberry and spice flavours emerge. Soft tannins – some truffle overtones on the back palate. Light aftertaste.
