2005 Grant Burge Thorn Riesling

Bright pale straw colour with waterlike hue. Top notes of lemon followed by lime and spice. The palate reveals flavours of tropical fruit over a lime back palate. There is a sense of austerity about his wine which is contributed by a crisp acid backbone.
