2005 Kreglinger Brut Rose

Pours well with a frothy mousse that shows good buoyancy. Salmon pink colour with an exceptionally fine and profuse bead. Aromas of winter strawberries and raspberries intermingle with yeast lees, light toast and cashew. Still bright and fresh, flavours of winter strawberries and subtle raspberries laced with some complexing toast and yeast lees characters drift across the palate with a pinch of pear on the dry cleansing finish. Aftertaste of winter strawberries, pear, yeast lees and subtle toast.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
