2005 Lillydale Estate Pinot Noir

Semi-translucent crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Lifted nose, with cherry and violet top notes followed by ripe strawberry and a hint of game. The palate delivers cherry, spice and strawberry flavours – moderate length. Fine grained, dry tannins. There is a hint of stalk and toasted oak on the back palate with aftertaste continuing to build in the mouth.
