2005 Mount Samaria Shiraz Cabernet

Very deep crimson mauve colour with deep mauve hue. The nose delivers an impressive varietal sniff with notes of vanilla and blackberry emerging. The palate structure shows elegance with flavours of black pepper and spice evident. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance, followed by a background of plum, spice and white pepper. A fine cool climate red.
