2005 Salena Estate Bookpurnong Hill Block 267 Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Top note of blackcurrant, followed by cedar, spice and violets delivering a perfumed lift. The fruit is a touch subdued with flavours of plum and stewed fruit. The tannins are on the dry side and run into the aftertaste.
