2006 Angus Wines The Bull Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep dark crimson colour with dark crimson hue. Top note of violets and liquorice allsorts, followed by cedar, spice and blackcurrant. The palate displays flavours of plum and spice. Dryish tannins. The fruit is drying out. Short palate. Dry tannins persist.
