Deep purple dark crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Slightly reserved nose with aromas of liquorice allsorts, plum and spice emerging as the wine warms up. Medium to full bodied palate with flavours of liquorice allsorts, confectionary, spice and blackpepper. Fine grained tannins. Long aftertaste of liquorice, blackpepper and spice.
