2006 Cadenheads MBFS Foursquare Distillery Single Cask 12 Year Old Cask Strength Barbados Rum (700ml)

Consistently praised as a producer of some of Barbados's finest rums, the Foursquare distillery is also the home of famous brands like Doorlys and R.L. Seale. This mix of column and pot still rums was finished for two years in an x port cask that previously contained Kilkerran single malt. Released in 2019 at natural strength as a limited single barrel run of 246 bottles, Australia has received a small allocation.

Notes from Cadenheads... Nose: Fresh pine, chestnuts, autumnal forest floors and a hint of strawberry yoghurt. Flavour: Pecan pie, maple syrup, soft dark fruits, brambles, raspberries and blueberries. Finish: Kilkerran port cask influence comes through, soft smoke, fresh cut wood, dark cherries and raspberry syrup. 63.2% Alc./Vol.
