2006 Coldstream Hills Pinot Noir

A young Pinot packed with distinctive varietal flavour. Excellent colour. Deep crimson mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Lifted nose of ripe strawberry, cherry and spice with violet end note. The palate is driven by the ripe primary fruit flavours. Ripe strawberry, ripe cherry and spice are meshed with violet infusions. Very good power wave. Velvet tannins. Very long aftertaste of spice, cherry, strawberry jam and anise.
