2006 Jansz Vintage Rose Brut

Produced solely from Pinot Noir and aged for 36 months, this sparkling pours with a white creamy mousse that shows good hold. Pale salmon pink colour with very fine bead showing good persistence. The nose displays refined aromas of winter strawberry, yeast lees and biscuit. Crisp refreshing palate flavours of delicate winter strawberry, light cherry, lees and biscuit. Aftertaste of winter strawberry, cherry and yeast lees.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
