2006 Philip Shaw No. 11 Chardonnay

Made from fruit grown at the Koomooloo Vineyard.
Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of yeast lees followed by honeycomb, hazelnut and spice. Creamy texture. Light flavours of melon and honeycomb. Soft acid finish. Moderate length. Spice and melon aftertaste.
Cellar 1-2 years (2009-2010)
