Bright gold colour, showing development. Aroma of yeast lees, honeycomb, cashew and melon. The palate is on the dry side, with flavours of yeast lees and hazelnut being evident followed by a honeycomb back palate. Aftertaste of melon, yeast lees and honeycomb.
