2006 Vasse Felix Cabernet Merlot

Bright brick red colour with brick red hue. Medium body. Top note of tea leaf, followed by a hint of stalk, showing vegetative character over unripe fruit followed by end notes of mocha and dark chocolate. The palate displays flavours of tea leaf and green stalk layers over fine dryish tannins. Tea leaf and stalk aftertaste.
