2007 Antinori Villa Antinori Toscano Bianco

Produced from a blend of 70% Trebbiano & Malvasia, and 30% Chardonnay toscano, Pinot Bianco & Pinot Grigio. This is a lighter bodied clean crisp dry white with a delicate flavour profile. Pale straw colour with green tinge and water like hue. Subtle aromas of dried hay, citrus and pear followed by a touch of mineral. Flavours of citrus and pear with some hay and mineral back palate notes. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of citrus, pear and spice.
