2007 Claymore Wines Dark Side of the Moon Shiraz

Very deep black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Superb, perfumed nose, with violet top note, followed by confectionary, spice, chocolate and vanilla. The palate delivers flavours of plum and stewed fruit, followed by a back palate of confectionary and vanilla, which runs into the aftertaste. Fine, dry, chalky tannins.
