Excellent white creamy mousse showing very good hold followed by a pale gold base wine colour.Very fine bead showing excellent persistence. The nose displays bready and yeast lees top notes followed by some light citrus, cashew and biscuit. The palate possesses a creamy texture and good richness with mouthfilling flavours of baked bread, citrus, yeast lees and biscuit. Clean dry crisp refreshing finish. Long aftertaste of citrus, baked bread and yeast lees.
Drink now or cellar 3-4 years (2011-2015).
