2007 Grant Burge Cameron Vale Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. The aromas are a little subdued – cedar, blackcurrant, dark chocolate and spice notes emerge. Relatively full bodied palate with flavours of ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate, liquorice and spice. Fine grained, dry, slightly chalky tannins give the wine a leathery mouthfeel. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant and spice. A richly flavoured Barossa Cabernet with good structure.
