Glen Moray in full Spring blossom; Orchard flowers, ripe pears and a touch of cantaloupe combine with a creamy nose-feel tempered by sweet oak. The aromatics continue in a gorgeously textural whisky; a rush of beeswax gives a Clynelish-like character to the profile followed by warm honey and lemon, plus a touch of pineapple pudding to finish. Juicy, polished and keenly balanced, it's just plain delicious. Up there with the best 'Morays to date. 53.4% Alc./Vol. 204 bottles from a Bourbon cask. Non chill filtered.
