2007 John Glaetzer John's Blend Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson red colour with very deep dark red hue. The nose provides a perfumed aromatic profile of liquorice, cassis, dark chocolate and vanillin oak followed by some mocha end notes. Rich opulent palate flavours of liquorice and dark plum intermixed with some vanillin oak and mocha. Dryish fine grained but sturdy well constructed tannins. Excellent depth with long liquorice, vanillin oak, mocha and emerging leather aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
