2007 Signatory Vintage Blair Athol 11 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Founded in 1798, purchased by the Guinness Group in 1985 and now owned by Diageo, Blair Athol is on the road to the flock of distilleries located further north. First bought to the attention of malt lovers via Diageo's Flora & Fauna series, it's known for its floral, fruity and often nutty spirit. Always an important contributor to the Bells blend, as a single we like it with a bit of sherry. The distillers seem to think likewise. Landing at a very reasonable price, this youngster is from two hogsheads filled in 2007 and bottled in 2018 at 43% Alc./Vol.
