2007 Tahbilk Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 18 months in French oak. Very deep dark red black colour with dark red hue. Aromas of dark chocolate, liquorice and ripe blackcurrant followed by some confectionary end notes showing good lift. Medium to full bodied with flavours of liquorice, blackcurrant and confectionary with some spice on the finish. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of blackcurrant, liquorice and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
