Bright pale straw colour with water like hue and delicate green tinge. Top note of gooseberry followed by spice, unripe gooseberry and tropical fruit showing strong varietal character. The palate displays flavours of gooseberry followed by light citrus and passionfruit. Crisp acid finish. Unripe gooseberry aftertaste.
