2008 Coldstream Hills Pinot Noir

Semi translucent crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. The nose is quite perfumed – aromas of plum, black cherries, violets and cedar with a gamey end note. Impressive power wave with flavours of dark cherry, plum and cedar followed by a touch of spice. Very fine grained smooth tannin structure with long aftertaste of plum, cedar and spice. A well made fruit driven Pinot Noir.
Drink now or cellar 1-2 years (2009-2011)
