2008 De Bortoli Windy Peak Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Bright pale watery colour with pale straw hue. Aromas of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruits with a touch of fig. Delicately flavoured palate displaying gooseberry along with some tropical fruit and confectionary. Clean dry finish. The soft acid finish gives the wine a sense of broadness. Relatively short aftertaste of gooseberry and tropical fruit.
