2008 Fermoy Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque dark crimson red colour with very deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of cedar and cigar box top notes followed by some blackcurrant and spice showing strong varietal character. Medium to full bodied the palate shows good richness with flavours of ripe blackcurrant and spice to the fore followed by some cedar and light cigar box overtones on the back palate. Very fine grained tannins with long aftertaste of blackcurrant, spice and cedar.
Cellar 3-4 years (2013-2014).
