Brilliant pale straw colour with very pale straw almost water like hue. The nose displays good intensity with lifted notes of pear, spice and fig followed by some wet slate notes. The palate displays delicate flavours of pear, spice and mineral. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, spice and mineral with a touch of almond at the end.
