2008 Taylors Jaraman Pinot Noir

Semi translucent crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Perfumed nose with aromas of dark cherry, spice, violets and anise followed by some cedar background notes. Medium bodied with some meaty cherry flavours that are overwhelmed by very dry chalky tannins that completely swamp the palate. Bitter dry finish. Short aftertaste of cherry and spice.
