2009 Bress Silver Label Heathcote & Bendigo Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays lifted plum notes followed by some liquorice, confectionary and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate is reflective of the nose with flavours of ripe plum, liquorice and spice with a hint of toast on the back palate. Very fine grained tannins with aftertaste of plum, toast and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
