Tasting note: The oldest whisky in Carn Mor's latest outturn is barely middle aged. Ugg boots, dried coconut, vanilla malt and Ovaltine on the nose; Super pure, deliciously full and rounded with impressive length and balance. A twang of semi-ripe pear succulence accompanies the coconut and pepper finish. Faultless Mannochmore at its characteristic and youthful best. Non chill filtered. 47.5% Alc./Vol. 721 bottles from x-Bourbon barrels.
