2009 Curly Flat Pinot Noir

Deep dark crimson red colour with dark crimson mauve hue. Perfumed aromas of dark cherries, violets and clove followed by some light toasty cedar and spicy end notes. Medium bodied the palate possesses good richness with flavours of dark cherries, spice, anise and clove. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Good structural qualities but lacks the really strong power wave that Curly Flat is known for. Medium to long aftertaste of dark cherries and spicy clove.
