2009 Edwards Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. On the nose some grassy herbaceous notes are followed by some gooseberry and citrus. The palate displays flavours of herbaceous grassy gooseberry, citrus and mineral with a dry finish. Clean crisp acidity with aftertaste of grassy gooseberry and mineral.
Drink now (2010).
