Tasting note: This is a rare purchase for Lady of the Glen as they've only ever secured 'traditional' unpeated Bunnahabhain. Bright gold. The nose shifts between maritime / saline / citrus freshness and earthy phenols, developing walnuts, choc fudge and lanolin. Young but superbly balanced with an oily cascade of peat and raisin chocolate accompanying the zingy, effervescent malt. The finish is refreshed by an enticing herbal / piney / citrus character. Complex and moreish. 257 bottles. 52.1% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
