Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. On the nose delicate white peach, pear and citrus scents are overlaid with some cashew and light nougat with spice end notes. Elegantly weighted and quite Chablis like the palate has flavours of citrus and pear followed by some cashew and mineral. Clean, crisp like, dry finish with aftertaste of citrus, pear, cashew and mineral.
