Produced from a blend of 46% Semillon, 45% Sauvignon Blanc and 9% Chenin Blanc. Bright pale straw colour with watery hue. Herbaceous grassy notes followed by some gooseberry and a hint of citrus. Flavours of herbaceous unripe gooseberry, citrus and mineral. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of unripe gooseberry, citrus and mineral.
