2009 Tatachilla Partners Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

Very deep dark red purple colour with dark red purple hue. Aromas of cassis and plum are followed by some liquorice and confectionary. Medium weight the palate displays flavours of plum, ripe blackcurrant and spice. Soft fine grained tannins with moderate aftertaste of ripe plum, blackcurrant and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
