2009 Tim Adams Riesling

Bright very pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge on the edges and water like hue. Top notes of lime, citrus and orange rind followed by a steely mineral end note displaying good intensity. The palate is quite steely in structure with flavours of lime, citrus and mineral with good acid backbone. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of lime and citrus.
