2010 Arboleda Syrah

Totally opaque inky black crimson colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose shows excellent intensity with lifted ripe blackberry and black plum notes followed by some smoky oak, liquorice and spice. Ripe and opulent the palate is packed with an abundance of ripe succulent blackberry, black plum and liquorice flavours followed by some toasty oak. Slightly dryish finish with velvet smooth tannins. Excellent depth with long lush ripe blackberry, black plum, liquorice and toasty vanillin oak aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years (2013-2018).
