2010 Archer Heathcote Shiraz

Opaque very dark red colour with dark red hue. The nose offers up a bouquet of dark plums, dark cherries and liquorice followed by some vanillin oak. Medium weight the palate has flavours of ripe plum and dark cherries followed by some liquorice and spicy cedar. Soft fine grained tannins with aftertaste of dark plum, liquorice and spice. A soft savoury example of Heathcote Shiraz.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
