2010 Bird Big Barrel Pinot Noir

Semi translucent crimson red colour with crimson red hue. The nose displays dark cherry top notes followed by some strawberry, toasty characters and spice. Lighter bodied the palate presents a relatively simple flavour profile of dark cherries, dark plum and spicy meaty cedar. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Moderate power with aftertaste of dark cherry and spicy cedar.
Cellar 2-3 years (2014-2015).
