2010 Bobby Dazzler Shiraz

An exuberant, supplely textured Shiraz that delivers great value

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. The nose features aromas of aniseed and dark plums over some toasty vanillin cedar and spice. Full bodied the palate has a plushly textured mouthfeel delivering a rich flavour profile of liquorice intermixed with ripe blackberry and dark plum followed by vanillin cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Excellent length with a long sumptuous aftertaste of liquorice, blackberries and spicy toasted vanillin cedar.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
