2010 Chateau Queyron Pindefleurs

A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a very dark red hue. Showing good elevation the nose dispels a mix of blackcurrant, subtle liquorice, cigar box, earth, old leather and spice notes. Rich earthy blackcurrant flavours fill the mouth over cigar box, tobacco, old leather and spicy dried herb characters. Sturdy tannins have a chewy feel and dry out the finish a touch. Medium to long earth tinged aftertaste.
