Deep dark red colour with crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe mulberry and black currant followed by some subtle cedar and spice. Medium weight and elegantly built the palate has flavours of dark mulberry along with a touch of blackcurrant followed by some underlying cedar and spice. Dry finish with fine grained tannins. Medium to long mulberry, cedar and spice aftertaste.
