2011 Caliterra Tributo Cabernet Sauvignon

Excellent colour displaying an impenetrable black red core with a very deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted top notes of ripe blackcurrants and liquorice are overlaid by distinct tobacco notes with spicy cedar following. Medium to full bodied the palate is awash with ripe blackcurrant flavours. Liquorice is also present over a background of cedary tobacco characters. Very spicy finish. Long ripe blackcurrant, black cherry, liquorice and spicy cedary tobacco aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
