2012 Barossa Valley Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque inky black dark red colour with a very dark red hue. On the nose ripe blackcurrant aromas are intermixed with some stewed fruits, earthy cedar characters, black olive and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate has ripe blackcurrant flavours alongside stewed fruit characters with underlying cedary tobacco, earth and spice nuances. Dryish finish with slightly chewy tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrants, cedary tobacco characters, earth and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years.
