2012 Bobby Dazzler Shiraz

Supple, rich and velvety this Shiraz offers brilliant everyday drinking value.

Impenetrable inky black core with a very deep dark red black tinged hue. The nose is fragrantly scented with liquorice and dark plum top notes which overlay toasty vanillin oak. Spicy pepper end notes ensuing. Rich, juicy flavours of liquorice, dark plum and blackberries flood the palate within a supple well rounded textural feel. Nuances of toasty vanillin oak and spicy pepper follow on with silky smooth tannins enhancing the polished opulence of the wine. Excellent length with a long liquorice, dark plum, toasty vanillin oak and spicy pepper finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
