Pours with a good frothy white mousse that quickly dissipates to reveal a pale straw base wine colour with a very fine and exceptionally persistent stream of bubbles. Aromas of pear, yeast lees and subtle baked apple with citrus and bready end notes. Delicious, very flavoursome palate with baked apple and pear to the fore followed by baked bread and yeast lees characters. Clean crisp finish with a medium to long aftertaste of baked apple, pear, yeast lees and baked bread. Very easy to quaff and the ideal sparkling for all the summer parties ahead.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
