On the nose, boiled lollies give way to rich dried fruits suggesting apricot, prune and fig. Plush and well rounded, a peachy / malty delivery ends with Auchroisk's typically vivacious spirit; the approachability is remarkable given its youth and serious ABV. 57.2% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. 155 bottles.
